The PTO at OLGC brings together the students, parents, teachers and staff with the single goal of helping to improve the educational opportunities for each child. The PTO sponsors a number of activities designed to enhance communication, raise funds, and increase involvement at the school. These activities include:
Community PTO meetings featuring guest speakers and current information on the school and events
- Fund raisers including the enchanced food certificate / gift card program, and Sally Foster with proceeds going to support the direct needs of the school
- Representing OLGC on the Diocesan Council of PTO's
- Representing the school on the OLGC Parish Council
In addition the PTO Board meets on a regular basis with the Principal and teacher representatives to provide guidance and assistance in the operations of the school.
